LOOPERS-CONCHAS MEETING

May 6, 2010

1. We were greeted with NA Mint Juleps.

2. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Don Frakes.

3. Secretary's Report was read and approved.

4. Treasurer's report was read and approved.

5. Guests were recognized.

6. Ladies luncheon is 5-10-20. Call Kitty for further information - 259-9221.

7. "Helping Hands" is still available to those who need some assistance.

8. Golf Scramble - no report available.

9. Romeos Breakfast. 6-2-10 - meet at 8a.m. to go to Sunrise Cafe.

10. Penny Poker group continues to meet - Don Frakes set a record losing his

$1 so fast.

11. Romeos lunch is the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Next luncheon is 5-19-10

at Seafood Gallery. Meeting time is 11:30.

12. Goofers next outing is 5-20-10. Contact Ken Purdy (751-7463) for more

information.

13. Ladies Golf. Lynn Fletcher is in charge for May. Phone: 751-5389.

14. Christmas Dinner is 12-16-10. Save the date - it is going to be a "Must Be

There" affair.

15.Neighborly Concerns was addressed by Belva.

16. Data Base. If you need a hard copy of the Data Base contact Don Mooty -

17. 50/50. Winners: Ed M., Dick S., Bob K., Joanie H., & Don F.

18. Derby Races and Kentucky Pecan Pie concluded our meeting.

19. The Savannah Center Room will be available during the summer months for
