[New Recipe]

 1 cup butter                                        1 ½ cup honey
5 1/4 teaspoons lemon juice                 ¼ cup plus two tablespoons sherry
5 teaspoons barbecue spice (available in spice section of stores)

 Mix butter, honey, sherry, lemon juice, and BBQ spices.

TACO SAUCE   

 1 cup chopped onions                1/2 cup crushed dried red chili peppers
1 1/2 cup tomato juice                 2 T sugar
2 T vinegar                                  2 T garlic salt

mix together and let set.

Note!  This sauce is very hot!!

To make a milder taco sauce add catsup - 1 part sauce to 4 parts catsup.

 1 cup milk                    1/2 t salt

       for thick sauce use:  1/2 cup each flour and margarine
       for medium sauce use: 2 T each flour and margarine
       for thin sauce use:   1 T each flour and margarine

       This sauce is often improved with a drop or two of Worcestershire sauce.

1/2 cup oil                                             1 t paprika
2 T vinegar                                            1/3 cup sugar
1 t horseradish mustard                          pinch salt 

 SALAD DRESSING - NANCY GILBERT

 Especially good on spinach salad

            1/2 cup sour cream                    3 T vinegar
            1/2 cup sugar                             1 t white horseradish
            1/2 t dry mustard                        1/2 t salt
