FANNY MAE FUDGE

cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup butter
1 t vanilla
25 large marshmallows
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips 12 oz milk chocolate
chips
1 pkg. nuts
Mix sugar, butter, milk and vanilla in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil for two minutes. Turn off heat. Blend in marshmallows first until they are melted. Then blend in each type of chocolate separately. Make sure each type of chocolate is completely melted before adding the next type. Add nuts. Pour in well greased pan and cool. Fudge tastes best at room temperature.
CHOCOLATE BUTTER
Melt 1 cube margarine or butter with 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips. Add 1 t vanilla. Put in a crock and use to spread on toast.
